MORE THAN MEETS THE VIEW
The Viewpoint is a peaceful and private property, with most of our spaces and services limited to access for overnight guests only. From May to October, each stay includes a $30 per night resort fee for our extensive seasonal amenities.
The Baths
Canadian cedar sauna, small hot tub, outdoor shower, and fire pit. Shared use is complimentary for overnight guests. Private use is $100 for one hour. For spa only guests, The Baths are currently available with select treatments — please see our spa menu for details.
The Spa House
Spa treatments inspired by the seacoast, from five-star trained providers using organic products.
A Little Auk
Our on-property al fresco restaurant with cocktails, shared plates, and wood-fired pizza out of a 1969 Airstream trailer.
Heated Saltwater Pool
