Is your pool open for the season?

YES! our heated saltwater pool is open for the season. the baths, with a hot tub and canadian cedar sauna, are open year-round and complimentary for hotel guests, too.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4PM. Check-out is 11AM. Please contact us prior to your arrival if you expect to arrive after the Front Desk closes (open until 7PM in the winter off-season), so we can arrange for a contactless check-in. If departing before the Front Desk opens, please leave your keys in the drop box located outside the office door.

Are you open year-round?

We're open every day of the year. Although our town is more lively in the spring, summer, and fall, The Viewpoint is a perfect cozy spot to escape during the winter. Plus, there are plenty of open restaurants and things to do just a short drive away.

What is your cancellation policy?

We're a small, locally-owned and family-run business — so cancellations can impact us significantly. Please note that changes or cancellations to reservations must be made directly through the party you booked. For a full refund of your deposit, 30+ days notice is required. For a refund of your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee, 14-29 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable less than 14 days before your stay. Pre-Pay rate is non-refundable. No refund is provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations. Changes or cancellations to reservations MUST be made directly through the party you booked.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?

As a coastal property in Maine, we care deeply about sustainability. There is a Tesla charger available for electric vehicles on the property. Availability is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Is there a restaurant on the property?

Our pop-up restaurant, "A Little Auk," is open from spring to summer. But don't worry — there are plenty of restaurants open year-round within a short drive, and we have insider recommendations just for our guests.

Do you have daily housekeeping?

Just use the indicator we've placed in your room to let us know you'd like your room cleaned and we'll do the rest. Are you a big coffee drinker or love our signature lotion scent? Let us know, and we'll make sure to bring you everything you need, like extra coffee or toiletries.

The ViewPoint Hotel is a completely pet-free property. We do not allow pets inside or on hotel property. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, certified service dogs that have been trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are permitted. Emotional support animals do not fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Do all rooms have ocean views?

Yes! All rooms have ocean views. However, two rooms do not have distinct views of Nubble Lighthouse: #110 and #108. These rooms do have ocean views and private patios, and the view is reflected in the price.

How private is the property?

All suites on the property have their own private entrance. Shared spaces are only available to hotel guests, including: The outdoors and multiple patios, The Studio, fitness center, and seasonal heated saltwater pool.

Does The Viewpoint guarantee an indoor backup location?

The Viewpoint is an entirely outdoor venue. However, our sailcloth tent (along with transparent weather-resistant curtains) offers some protection.

Is there a covered ceremony option?

Yes! The sailcloth tent offers an alternative to the infinity lawn, with clear curtains that can be lowered during inclement weather. Additionally, you can add rain plan tents beside the infinity lawn.

Is a hotel discount included for the elopement package?

Couples receive 10% off their stay at The Viewpoint or The Nevada.

Are flowers included for elopements?

Yes. Personal florals from a florist selected by The Viewpoint are included.

Is an officiant included for elopements?

Destination Wedding and Ceremony Only packages do not include an officiant. A local officiant is included in the Elopements package, which is designed as a quick solution to wedding planning.

Is the price for elopements different depending on the day of the week?

What is The Viewpoint’s Elopement Package?

Is The Studio an additional charge?

Access to The Studio, or designated get-ready and glam space at The Viewpoint, is included in the venue fee for all weddings.

What are the Studio hours?

The Studio is available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of your wedding.

Can we get ready at The Viewpoint?

The Studio is a separate space for you, your friends, family and glam team to get ready on your wedding day. Please note that we only have one designated space on the property for getting ready on the day-of. Spouses may get ready together in the same space, or other arrangements should be made for the other spouse to get ready.

Is complimentary prosecco included?

Complimentary prosecco is provided in The Studio, our getting-ready glam space, as part of the package. A separate post-ceremony prosecco service is available as an optional beverage add-on for $16 per person.

Can we choose our own cocktails for cocktail hour?

Couples can personalize their celebration by selecting two cocktails from The Viewpoint's handcrafted cocktail offerings. Pricing varies, depending on your selection.

Can we serve appetizers during cocktail hour for the ceremony only package?

Are food and beverage packages mandatory for the ceremony only package?

What beverage packages are available?

Couples can choose from three cocktail hour catering options for beverages. Prosecco ($16 per person): One round of prosecco after the ceremony, plus a citrus water station throughout the event. Non-alcoholic prosecco and sparkling water are included. Beer and Wine ($30 per person): Three beer selections and three wine selections from our list, plus a citrus water station. Nonalcoholic beverages and soft drinks are included. Couple’s Cocktails (variable cost): A choice of two handcrafted cocktails specific to your tastes, created with our talented beverage team.

Is cocktail hour included in the ceremony only package?

The ceremony only package includes access to the property for the ceremony and a cocktail hour. Beverage service and food catering are optional add-ons and are not required.

Does the ceremony only package include a ceremony rehearsal?

Our Ceremony Only package includes a ceremony rehearsal conducted with our in-house event manager for your event. The specific rehearsal scheduling arrangements should be confirmed with your events manager.

Does the ceremony only package come with an events manager?

Yes! A dedicated Event Manager is included in the package to help make your wedding day as seamless and stress-free as possible. This includes unlimited email contact before the event, recommendations for trusted local vendors, communication with vendors before the event, feedback on your event timeline, a ceremony rehearsal and cueing of the wedding processional

Is the Ocean’s Edge Terrace handicap accessible?

No. The Ocean’s Edge Terrace is not handicap accessible. The guest restroom is handicap accessible.

Is the ceremony lawn handicap accessible?

The Ceremony Lawn can be accessed with a temporary ramp. Please let our team know in advance if the ramp is needed.

What ceremony locations can we choose from?

Couples can choose between two outdoor ceremony spaces. ● Ceremony Lawn: An elevated hillside location designed to frame the ceremony and views. ● Ocean’s Edge Patio: An intimate setting where couples can exchange vows with the sound of the waves nearby.

Can I have food and beverage for my ceremony only wedding?

While the Ceremony Only package at The Viewpoint does not include a reception, couples can select from a number of cocktail-hour beverage packages and food catering options. This does not extend the time available on the property.

Can we have more guests than listed?

For the Destination Wedding package, weddings are only held on Saturdays (and select Thursdays) and can accommodate a maximum of 175 guests. Weddings exceeding 150 guests require an auxiliary tent installed for the wedding day, which is not included in the venue fee. For the Ceremony Only package, weddings on Sunday can accommodate up to 75 guests, while the Monday-through-Thursday weddings accommodate up to 50 guests. For the Elopement package, weddings may have up to 4 guests, in addition to the officiant. Our maximum guest counts cannot be exceeded.

Can we book any day for the ceremony only package?

Availability for the Ceremony Only package is limited to select dates. Please contact our events team to inquire about your preferred wedding date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is the ceremony only package available on Saturdays?

The Ceremony Only Package is only available on select Sundays through Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays are reserved exclusively for our Destination Wedding package.

How much does the Ceremony Only Package cost?

The cost of a Ceremony Only at The Viewpoint depends on the day of the week and number of guests. On Sundays in 2027, ceremonies are $5,500 with a maximum guest count of 75. On Mondays-Thursdays in 2027, ceremonies are $4,000 with a maximum guest count of 50.

Is the getting-ready Studio included in the price?

Yes. The Studio is included in the venue fee and is available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the event day, with complimentary prosecco.

Can we take wedding photos around the property?

Yes! Access to the grounds for photography is included in the package.

How long does the event last?

The included property access for the ceremony and cocktail hour is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, for a total of two hours. The Studio is available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Can we tour the property before booking?

Absolutely! If viewing the tour video on our website isn't enough, you can schedule a tour directly with our events team. All tours must be pre-scheduled with our events team. To ensure we can show you exactly what you're looking for, our team requires one introductory phone call prior to scheduling a tour.

Can we use the pool or grounds if we are not staying at the hotel?

Hotel facilities and amenities are reserved for registered guests unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the hotel. Visitors must check-in with the office for a parking pass.

Can we have alcohol in our hotel rooms?

At The Viewpoint, hotel guests (21 years of age or older) are permitted to enjoy alcohol they have brought during their stay. However, outside alcohol is never permitted during catered events or in restaurant areas, including the pool, during operating hours.

Is the ceremony livestreamed?

All wedding packages include a livestream with views of the infinity lawn, in-case your friends or family who are unable to attend would like to watch from home.

Can we have our ceremony and reception outside?

For Destination Weddings at The Viewpoint, your wedding day features an oceanfront ceremony lawn with lighthouse views and a separate sailcloth reception tent. For Ceremony Only and Elopement weddings at The Viewpoint, your wedding day can include either the oceanfront ceremony lawn or the ocean's edge terrace, depending on the size of your guest list. The Viewpoint is a primarily outdoor venue. The ceremony lawn and ocean's edge terrace are uncovered, while the reception tent is covered with optional retractable, transparent curtains for inclement weather. We also offer up to 50 double occupancy umbrellas, in the event of rain, in addition to the pre-planned option to add a rain-plan tent on the lawn just beside the ceremony lawn, or hold your ceremony under the sailcloth tent. Please discuss weather contingencies with your planner or event manager.

Can we bring in our own florist, photographer, or DJ?

The Viewpoint's vendor collection offers a range of professionals in these categories. You are welcome to work with vendors outside of the vendor list, as our list is specifically vendors who we have had a positive experience with. If you have a preferred vendor who is not on the list, please share their details with our events team so we can confirm the applicable requirements.

Can we customize our reception design?

The Viewpoint's sailcloth tent is the perfect canvas for you to bring your wedding design to life. Given the tent does not come with tables, chairs, or tabletop items, renting these items and working with your hand-picked vendors allows for total customizability to your tastes.

Do we have to use vendors from The Viewpoint's vendor collection?

You must choose from our exclusive food caterers. While we recommend using vendors from our curated collection, as they have experience working on the property, you can use any vendor you so choose. Please ensure any outside vendors are approved by our events team.

Can we bring in third-party wedding vendors?

Yes. The Viewpoint works with a collection of experienced wedding vendors across categories such as florals, photography, videography, beauty, music, planning, stationery, rentals, entertainment, and transportation. For rentals, we work with one exclusive provider. For catering, you can choose from three of our trusted partners, or use The Viewpoint’s in-house catering for events of up to 60 people. Please let us know if you need any recommendations.

Does The Viewpoint provide transportation for an after-party?

Transportation for your wedding party can be booked with a third-party provider. We've recommended York Trolley Company, Great Bay Limousine, and Northeast Charter in our list of trusted partners in our published wedding packet.

Where can we host an after-party?

After parties can be hosted at any location, however The Viewpoint recommends two locations, Sand Dollar and Inn on the Blues located in downtown York Beach, Maine.

Can we continue celebrating after the reception?

Yes. Couples may arrange an after-party at an off-site location. The Viewpoint requires third-party transportation for guests throughout the night when hosting an after-party.

What time does the wedding reception end?

All events at The Viewpoint must end promptly at 9:30 PM, to remain in compliance with the town of York’s noise ordinance.

Do we have to book every additional event to receive The Crane Advantage credit?

Yes. The packet lists all five events as requirements for The Crane Advantage. The $2,000 credit is offered when the package is booked at the same time as the destination wedding.

What is The Crane Advantage package?

The Crane Advantage is designed to create a cohesive wedding-weekend experience by hosting all the following events on-site: ● Rehearsal dinner. ● Welcome drinks. ● Wedding-day breakfast. ● Destination wedding. ● Day-after breakfast. Couples who book The Crane Advantage at the time of booking their destination wedding receive a $2,000 credit.

Can we host a brunch or other event without booking our wedding at The Viewpoint?

A number of events can be held at The Viewpoint, even if your wedding is held elsewhere. However, The Viewpoint is exclusively reserved for our Destination Wedding couples from Friday afternoons to Sunday mornings (for Saturday weddings) or Wednesday afternoon to Friday morning (for Thursday weddings).

Can we book a private breakfast?

For Destination Weddings, private breakfast events can be hosted at our on-property restaurant, a little auk, on your wedding day or the day after. The venue fee is $750 with a food and beverage minimum of $1,000. For all other events types, we can accommodate a number of breakfast options.

Can we host welcome drinks for our guests?

For Destination Wedding packages, weekend welcome drinks (on the day prior to your wedding) can be hosted on the lawns overlooking Nubble Lighthouse and at the stone bar. The venue fee is $1,250 and the open bar starts at $42 per person.

Can we host a rehearsal dinner, brunch, or welcome event at The Viewpoint?

The Viewpoint offers a number of events, including oceanfront rehearsal dinners under the sailcloth tent, on the ocean's edge terrace, or on the infinity lawn. Rehearsal dinners are exclusive catered by The Viewpoint's food and beverage teams with customizable Maine-inspired plated or family-style menus. The venue fee for rehearsal dinners starts at $1,500 with a food and beverage minimum spend of $1,500. These prices are subject to change.

Is parking included?

The venue package includes valet parking with 45 allocated parking spaces. Couples should coordinate with the events team regarding guest transportation and parking needs.

Is transportation required for our wedding?

Yes, transportation is required for all weddings with more than 100 guests and for any wedding hosting an after-party. York has a limited supply of Uber and Lyft vehicles, so couples should arrange appropriate transportation in advance.

Is the property handicap accessible?

The ceremony lawn can be accessed using a temporary ramp. Please let the events team know in advance if the ramp is needed, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your guests. The guest restroom is handicap accessible, and Shoreside Room 01 is fully ADA compliant. For lodging, our sister property nearby, The Nevada, also has ADA compliant rooms and an elevator servicing all floors.

Is smoking permitted?

The Viewpoint is a smoke-free property, including for cigarettes, cigars, pipes, illegal substances, vapes, and vape pens. A designated smoking area is available for events, and couples are encouraged to inform their guests of the policy.

Can we have our dog at the wedding?

Although The Viewpoint is a pet-free property, dogs may attend and participate in the ceremony and photos. Dogs may not enter the hotel rooms or remain for the reception, and a designated handler must be with the dog at all times, and the dog must remain leashed at all times.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

The Viewpoint provides up to 50 double-occupancy umbrellas for your guests. Couples are also able to rent a “rain plan tent” through their rental provider. This tent would be placed on the cocktail hour lawn, as the ceremony lawn cannot be tented. The cocktail hour lawn is slightly below and adjacent to the ceremony lawn, so the space and view on property is only marginally different. Couples may also choose to hold their ceremony under the sailcloth tent, which has clear walls that can be lowered to provide shelter while preserving the view. For Destination Weddings, your wedding planner or event manager can discuss alternative rain plans with you.

Can our guests visit the property if they are not staying overnight?

Hotel facilities and amenities are reserved for registered guests. Visitors who are not staying at The Viewpoint should only be on the property for your contracted events, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the hotel. All visitors must check in with the office for a parking pass. Vehicles without parking passes may be booted or towed.

Can we book a room block at The Nevada?

As The Nevada is our sister property, we can offer contracted room blocks for events hosted at The Viewpoint, subject to availability.

What if we need more rooms for our guests?

While The Viewpoint can accommodate up to 46 people with 23 total beds, our sister property, The Nevada, is just 1.5 miles away on Long Sands Beach. Your wedding guests receive 10% off the publicly listed rate at The Nevada. Contracted room blocks are also available at The Nevada, subject to availability. The Nevada has a total of 20 hotel rooms with one king-sized bed in each, for a maximum occupancy of 40 people.

Can guests extend their stay beyond the wedding weekend?

We'd be more than happy to accommodate an extended stay for your guests! If your guests choose to extend their stay, they will receive 10% off the publicly listed rate for the given night(s) outside of the room-block stay. Our rooms book up quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed, so please request extended stays as soon as possible with our events team.

What time is hotel check-in and check-out?

Just as for our standard overnight guests, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Earlier access to the pool and grounds may be granted when available, however access before 2:00 PM cannot be granted to ensure the entire property is ready for your arrival.

When must lodging be paid?

For all room blocks at The Viewpoint, rooms must be paid in-full at least 60 days before arrival. Any outstanding balance is automatically charged to the incidental card on file, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Are there additional fees for the room block?

Room blocks at The Viewpoint require two fees, in addition to the listed room rate. This includes a $10 per bedroom, per night housekeeping gratuity for our team, and a $15 per room, per night resort fee for the contracted room-block dates. The resort fee includes access to The Baths (sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge), heated saltwater pool, bicycle borrowing, and fitness studio on non-wedding days.

How much does lodging cost?

The Viewpoint is a luxury boutique property, with lodging rates varying depending on the year, day of the week, and room type. Our packet lists rates for Thursday and Saturday Destination Weddings separately, with the highest rates during June-September, and "shoulder season" rates during May and October. Our team will share an accurate quote upon confirmation of your wedding date and contracted stay. For an accurate quote, our team should confirm your wedding date, contracted stay, and room configuration.

Can our guests pay for their own rooms?

Your wedding guests can pay for their individual stays, just as they would during a standard hotel booking. However, couples remain responsible for any rooms left empty or unpaid under the contracted room commitment.

Are we required to book all the rooms at The Viewpoint?

Destination Wedding packages require a full room block of all lodging at The Viewpoint for a two-night minimum. Couples "assign" rooms to their guests, so you can place your wedding party, family, and friends in the spaces that would suit them best. Your guests may pay for their own rooms. However, as noted in the contract, the couple is responsible for any rooms that may remain empty or unpaid. For Ceremony Only and Elopement packages, lodging at The Viewpoint is not included or required.

How many rooms are available at The Viewpoint?

The Viewpoint has a total of 23 beds across 18 suites or rooms, including 6 one-bedroom suites, 5 two-bedroom suites, and 7 deluxe shoreside rooms. For additional accommodations, our sister property The Nevada is 1.5 miles away on Long Sands Beach and may be booked, as well. The Nevada has a total of 20 hotel rooms with one king-sized bed in each.

Does The Viewpoint provide a full-service planning package?

Our in-house events management service is focused on logistics and wedding-day execution. The Events team begins assisting with coordination 3-4 months prior to your wedding, including logistics, communicating with vendors, creating timelines, and looking over floor plans and rental orders. Couples who are looking for full-service planning should use an outside, approved, professional wedding planner.

Can we hire our own wedding planner?

Of course!Couples may hire a professional, full-service wedding planner, subject to approval from The Viewpoint's events team.

What does in-house Event Management for Destination Weddings include?

Our in-house event management service for Destination Weddings includes: ● A head manager and assistant manager. ● Wedding-day management from 9:00 a.m. through the end of the reception. ● Creation and distribution of the wedding timeline to vendors. ● On-site ceremony rehearsal. ● Coordination of the processional, wedding party introductions, and reception toasts. ● Setup and breakdown of wedding décor. ● A consultation with the head manager on the day before the event. ● Recommendations for trusted vendors. ● Review of vendor contracts and order forms. ● Unlimited email contact, scheduled phone calls, and site visits with managers.

How much does in-house Event Management cost?

For our Destination Wedding packages, our in-house event management services start at $3,500. The service is designed for couples who want to handle most of the planning themselves but would like professional support coordinating and executing the wedding day.

Do we need to hire a wedding planner?

For Destination Wedding packages, all couples must have either an approved, full-service, and professional wedding planner or use The Viewpoint's in-house event management service. This ensures your big day is as perfect as can be, in addition to our day-of coordinator, which is included in your venue fee. For Ceremony Only weddings, a coordinator is included in your wedding package who can recommend trusted local vendors, communicate with vendors prior to the event, provide feedback on your event timeline, and conduct rehearsal for ceremony and cue the wedding processional process. For Elopements, an officiant and day-of coordinator is included.

When do I need to share my final guest count?

The final guest headcount for bar service is due no later than 20 days before the event. Final beverage payment is due no later than 14 days before the event.

Can we serve shots?

Unfortunately, to ensure a safe environment for all guests, shots and shooters are not served at The Viewpoint during weddings.

Are taxes and gratuity included in the beverage package?

In addition to the stated per person cost of our beverage package, an 8% Maine state beverage tax and 20% gratuity is applied to your final bill. Please account for these charges in your beverage budget.

Can we add signature cocktails or a champagne toast?

The Viewpoint offers plenty of optional beverage add-ons to enhance your big day. Optional enhancements include a reception prosecco toast at $8 per person, table wine service during dinner at $9 per person, a champagne wall for $150, a beer boat for $250, and additional upgrades such as signature cocktails, upgraded wines, and individual liquor bottle upgrades at variable prices.

Can we have an open bar?

The Viewpoint requires all Destination Weddings to have an open-bar. The bar may operate for a maximum of 4.5 hours, may close 20 minutes before dinner service if needed to facilitate seating, and closes 30 minutes before the end of the function without a last call.

Is the bar setup included in the per-person beverage price?

In addition to the per person fees for the bar package, a bar setup fee of $1,500 is required, which includes bartender staffing, all glassware, and two physical on-site bars. Nonalcoholic beverages, barware, and mixers are included in the per person beverage package.

How much does the bar package cost?

The published Beer, Wine, and Libations package is $73 per person, plus tax (8%) and gratuity (20%) for 4.5 hours of service. It includes a pre-ceremony prosecco and citrus water station, a selection of spirits, red, white and rosé wines, and a choice of four beer options from the extensive selection provided closer to the event. Can we bring our own alcohol?

The Viewpoint is the required, exclusive beverage caterer for on-site events. Outside alcohol is not permitted during catered events, from the ceremony through the reception, due to liability and state liquor laws. Outside alcohol is also prohibited in restaurant areas, including the pool, during operating hours. Guests may bring alcohol for personal enjoyment during their stay outside these restricted settings, subject to property policies.

Are vendor meals required?

For all Destination Wedding receptions, five vendor meals for The Viewpoint staff are required through your selected caterer.

Which caterers can we work with?

The 2027 packet features the following designated caterers: ● The White Apron. ● Foster's. ● Walkers Maine. Couples can explore their offerings and work with their selected caterer on menu options.

Can we choose our own caterer?

For Destination Wedding packages, receptions can be catered with one of The Viewpoint's exclusive, trusted food catering partners. For other events up to 60 people, including for other wedding packages, The Viewpoint's trusted culinary team is your exclusive caterer. For the bar, The Viewpoint is your exclusive beverage caterer.

Is the venue representative a wedding planner?

Our Destination Wedding package includes a designated venue representative. However, this is different than a wedding planner or event manager. The Viewpoint requires all couples to have either an approved, professional, full-service wedding planner or use our in-house event management service for all Destination Weddings. This ensures your wedding weekend is as perfect as can be.

Is there a getting-ready space?

Yes, all wedding packages include day-of access to The Studio in the venue fee. This space includes a glam bar, vanity mirrors, comfortable seating, bathroom, and shower for you and your clam team. The Studio also includes complimentary prosecco.

Are tables, reception chairs, and tableware included?

For Destination Wedding packages, the reception tent is a blank canvas to design your dream wedding. The Viewpoint does not have in-house rentals. Couples rent all items placed under the reception tent with our trusted partner, including tables, chairs, and tabletop items, helping bring your vision to life.

Is the reception tent included?

For the Destination Wedding package only, the 46' × 86' sailcloth tent, including its bistro and perimeter lighting, is included in the venue fee. Ceremony Only and Elopement wedding packages do not include this reception space.

Is the ceremony space included in the venue fee?

Ceremony space is included with all wedding packages, including the oceanside ceremony lawn (or the ocean side terrace for smaller ceremonies), white garden chairs, and A/V equipment.

How many guests can The Viewpoint accommodate?

For Destination Weddings, The Viewpoint can accommodate up to 175 guests. However, the sailcloth reception tent accommodates up to 150 guests. If your guest count is over 150, an additional 20’ tent is required to be rented and attached to the main tent to create more space. Please confirm your anticipated guest count with our events team.

What is included in the destination wedding venue fee?

The Destination Wedding package includes: ● Exclusive use of The Viewpoint's oceanside grounds during wedding hours. ● A 46' × 86' sailcloth reception tent with woodgrain poles, accommodating up to 150 guests. ● Perimeter and bistro lighting with dimmers. ● Access to The Studio for getting ready from 2:00 p.m. the day before the wedding until 1:00 a.m. the morning after. ● White garden ceremony chairs, including setup and breakdown. ● A 20' × 20' catering tent with lighting. ● A private, handicap-accessible guest restroom. ● Valet parking with 45 allocated parking spaces. ● Utilities, including allocated circuits for vendors. ● A ceremony livestream camera. ● Property cleanup after the event. ● A designated venue representative.

Does the venue fee change based on the number of guests?

For Destination Weddings, the published venue fees only vary by date. The package accommodates up to 150 guests at your ceremony and under the reception tent. For Destination Weddings with 15-175 guests, an added auxiliary tent is required for the reception. Other expenses, including catering, beverages, and rentals, may vary with your guest count. For Ceremony Only weddings, the published venue fees only vary by date. The package accommodates a ceremony for 50-75 guests for your ceremony, depending on the day. For Elopements, there is a flat venue fee and a maximum of 6 guests.
