Co-owner couple Joe and Michelle have lived in York for over 40 years. They partnered with Chris to reinvigorate Nubble Point’s first-ever hotel and ensure ownership would stay local. You’ll find them on-site every day working along with the team. They even live on Nubble Point, too.

We’ve honored the history of The Cabana Colony, the first hotel on the property, while using design principles to seamlessly blend the built environment into the natural landscape of the shoreside.

The property
The Viewpoint is a little seaside quiet spot in a seasonally buzzing beach town dedicated to protecting the natural landscape. No wonder why the property is a bird sanctuary, including the bald eagle which nested on the property in summer of 2023.
