Changes & Updates at The ViewPoint Hotel
-The ViewPoint office is closed to all but staff members at this time. We're still here if you need us! Please contact us via phone, text, or email if you need anything.
-Lockboxes have been installed outside every suite. Your suite key will be located inside the lockbox & your unique lockbox code and instructions on how to get to your suite will be provided to you in the form of a text message (if opted in) shortly before your check-in. Simply type the code in & when the box turns green, pull down on both sides of the box to retrieve your key.
-Additional information & parking pass will be provided to you inside your suite. Please let us know when you have arrived & all vehicle information so that we may get you checked in. *To ensure your safety, all lockbox codes are changed between reservations.
-There will be no in-suite housekeeping until further notice. Are you BIG coffee drinker? Make sure you tell us! Dry skin? We'll get you extra lotion! We are happy to bring you a customized bag of any necessities you may need more of during your stay with us, just let us know! -You may leave any rubbish or dirty towels in the provided bags outside your suite. Please let us know & we will exchange them for you!
-Upon check-out, all suites are opened and aired out for at least one hour prior to our team beginning the cleaning & sanitizing process. We sanitize all frequent-touch areas constantly.
All suites on the property have their own private entrance. Other than the outdoors, there are no shared spaces other than with you and your guests inside your suite!
York, Maine Updates
-Restaurants in York are currently open for dine-in, takeout, and outdoor dining. We suggest contacting any restaurant directly as services & procedures may differ between businesses
-The state of Maine does not require cloth face coverings at this time.
Our team has been trained on the latest sanitizing & disinfecting procedures, and is using approved antiviral cleaners.
Please be sure you have provided us with a cell-phone number to best reach you at during your stay. About 3 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a text message from Crane Hotel Group asking you to opt-in to our messaging system. Once you opt-in, you will be able to communicate with us prior to & during your stay. This will also be how we will provide you with you unique lockbox code to retrieve your suite key & instructions on how to get to your suite. Don't worry, we promise we don't spam you with any marketing!
Any suite balances will be charged to the card on file upon check-in. If you wish to use a different credit card or a gift certificate for any remaining balance, please let us know prior to check-in. To limit contact, we will not be accepting cash at this time.
