General Information
Rates and Reservations:
ViewPoint reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit. Credit card deposits (Visa, Master Card, American Express) will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Reservation deposits paid by check or money order will be guaranteed when the funds are received by ViewPoint.
Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Rates exclusive of tax and gratuity. Minimum night stays may be required. Management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable suite.
Deposits, Payments and Cancellations:A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required and payable at time of booking to confirm all reservations. Balance of reservation costs are due and payable upon arrival. Reservation costs include applicable Maine taxes.
Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival may apply the deposit to a future reservation or receive a deposit refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Guest Check-In Times:Check In is after 3:00 p.m. and prior to 5:00 p.m. Please contact us prior to your arrival date if you expect to arrive after 5:00 p.m. for check-in.
Check Out is prior to 11:00 a.m.
Suite Amenities:Enjoy splendid ocean and lighthouse views from the private porch, patio, or deck of each suite.
Fans are provided in the living rooms and bedrooms of every suite. Cool ocean breezes take the place of central air. Summer temperatures are usually 8-10 degrees cooler on the coast than in town.
Property and Grounds:Outdoor grills are available for guest use and are fueled by propane which is supplied.
Suite 108 is Handicap accessible.
ViewPoint is pleased to offer a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the suites, on decks or patios, or on the grounds.
