Reservations:

ViewPoint reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit.  Credit card deposits (Visa, Master Card, American Express) will be processed at the time the reservation is made.  Reservation deposits made by check or money order will be guaranteed when the deposit is received by ViewPoint.

Deposits:

For reservations of one week or less, a minimum two night deposit is required with balance payable upon arrival.  For reservations of more than one week, a 25% deposit is required with the balance payable upon arrival.  The deposit is applied to the last two nights of the stay and is forfeited for early departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refunded when cancellation is received 30 days prior to date of arrival with the exception of summer reservations (mid-June to Labor Day) which require a 45 day cancellation notice.  During winter months deposits are refundable if cancellation is received by Noon on day of arrival and is due to dangerous weather conditions.  Early departures result in forfeiture of deposit.

Additional Charges:

As a convenience to our guests, we will automatically charge a housekeeping gratuity of $2.00 per person per day to your room account.

Conferences:

ViewPoint is available weekdays (Monday night - Thursday night) for small conferences during off-season months.  Please refer to our Conferences page for further details.

Policy Information:

• ViewPoint is pleased to offer a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is not permitted in the suites, on decks or patios, or on the grounds.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notification.  A minimum night stay may be required.
