ViewPoint is located on the Southern Coast of Maine only 20 minutes north of Portsmouth, NH and 10 minutes north of the Kittery Outlet Shopping Malls at Exit 7 off Route I-95 North.  It is only 1 hour from Boston and 5 hours from NYC.

If you are coming from the South of York (Boston, NYC, etc.):

1. Take US Rt. 95 North.

2. Take Exit 7 in Maine.

3. Stay right at the fork in the ramp.

4. Merge onto roadway.

5. Turn right onto US Rt. 1 South.

6. Turn left at first light onto US Rt. 1A.

7. After driving through York Village, the road becomes Long Sands Road, and Long Sands Beach will be on the right.

8. Take first right after Long Sands Beach onto Nubble Rd. (There is an arrow to ViewPoint on the sign post.)

9. ViewPoint is located just over one mile on the right, just after the Lighthouse.  Parking is provided for all guests.

If you are coming from the North of York (Portland, etc.):

1. Take US Rt. 95 South.

2. Take Exit 7 in Maine.

3. Turn left at end of ramp.

4. Turn right onto US Rt. 1 South.

5. Turn left at first light onto US Rt. 1A.

6. After driving through York Village, the road becomes Long Sands Road, and Long Sands Beach will be on the right.

7. Take first right after Long Sands Beach onto Nubble Rd. (There is an arrow to ViewPoint on the sign post.)

8. ViewPoint is located just over one mile on the right, just after the Lighthouse.  Parking is provided for all registered  guests.
